- Minimum 2 years in office administration and indoor sales
- Possesses good personality and proactive in managing day to day work and objectives
- Preferably with background in the automotive industry or sales of automotive parts
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications : Excel, Word, Power point
- Must be knowledgeable in computer operations and the internet
- Able to compose effectively letter of correspondences through mails and other communications
- Able to organize the showroom and maintain office files and sales records in an efficient manner
- Able to manage telephone calls and inquiries effectively and professionally
- Must be fluent in English language
- Able to work effectively in a multi-cultural work environment
- Willing to work on extended hours as needed.
