Requirements:

Minimum 12 years experience, BSc in Civil Engineering, preferably with consultancy background for pre-contract and post contract administration, familiar with FIDIC conditions, SMM7 and POMI.
Should be able to handle all pre-contract functions including preparation of BOQ, compiling contract documents etc. and post contracts functions like certification of Contractor’s application, claims evaluation and Contract correspondence, etc.
Middle East countries experience is an advantage preferably based in KSA with transferable visa.
