- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new market segments. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales team.
- Ensure effective cost management of the regional budget including, training, travel, incentives and capital expenditures.
- Give strategic direction to the Sales team during team management meetings so as to help them achieve the sales plan.
- Manage and leads the territory sales teams to achieve sales targets within the agreed performance management process.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, ideally Masters degree in Business Administration with Sales and Marketing.
- At least 10 years of sales experience, of which at least 5 years must be in a managerial sales role in the insurance industry in the GCC.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
