Job Description
- Carry-out, manage and inspect all kinds of stock transactions including goods receipts, issues and return. Work with a team of 3 persons to maintain records for these, and monitor minimum stock levels at more than 4 locations and 10 work-sites. Oversee all material handling operations in warehouses, Manage machine & tool calibration, repairs and inspection. Coordinate with purchase, transport and trading staff for deliveries and receipts. Carry out periodic physical stock-taking in coordination with accounts. Handle petty cash, office documents and prepare reports for management as required. Maintain cleanliness of stores.
