Requirements:We are looking for organised, focused, target orientated and ambitious Team Leader to lead the Sale & Leasing team to hit their targets every month .
- Only Candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in the UAE Real Estate industry are encouraged to apply.
- You must possess very good managerial skills to manage a strong team.
- Can communicate in reasonable English (verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge within the area which you are applying for.
- Track record of successful sales and rental deals.
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Valid RERA Certificate
- Very competitive package .Residence Visa . Extensive marketing
- Training the new Sales & Leasing Agents
- Monitoring the leads and their status on the CRM system
- Helping the Agents to reach their monthly target
