A highly motivated individual to increase IT Services & Staff Contracting sales. The individual should have ability to do below tasks as well as come up with innovative ideas to increase company revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement Business Development Plan
• Setup the process on Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Service Delivery for IT & Staffing
• Generate new leads through extensive web research, references and proactive cold calling.
• Extensive calling, meeting, presentation, bidding / proposals, negotiation and deal closures
• Generating work orders for Staff Contracting (IT Staff, Skilled / Semiskilled / Unskilled for Non IT Staff) and ensuring service delivery
• Achieve targeted sales month on month.
& Service Delivery for IT Services and Staffing Services for IT & Non IT markets.• Setup the process on Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Service Delivery for IT & Staffing

Requirements:
• Must be an Arabian speaking person of 25 – 35 Yrs of age
• Must have a valid Omani Driving License
• BE/.B.Tech / MBA or Equivalent Degree is a must
• 3-5 years' experience in Business Development in IT or Staffing
• High level of proficiency in Market research , Lead generation, Proposals, deal closures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, Self-disciplined and a positive attitude towards work.
