Requirements:
•Plans, directs, prioritizes and oversees maintenance personnel in the following activities: building and facility maintenance, grounds maintenance and all other aspects of the maintenance department.
• Bachelor's degree in Maintenance (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) or other related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of proven work experience in Maintenance aspects.
• Comprehensive understanding of building and equipment maintenance functions.
• Excellent Communication in English & Arabic whilst Male age below 35 Years
