Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services) or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years management experience in the facilities maintenance industries.
- Must possess excellent management, communication, planning, budgeting and management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel a must.
- Fluency in written and spoken English a must.
- Bilingual ability in English as well as Arabic is a plus.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
