Requirements:
- Engineering degree holder.
- 3-5 years of P&L management experience in a facilities management organization. 10 or more years of prior FM operations and/or business development experience in an FM organization a must.
- Should be capable of formulating a business development plan for the assigned markets.
- Should have good knowledge of FM products and service delivery methodologies.
- Should be capable of initiating, developing and nurturing relationships with clients as well as all stakeholders.
- Confident negotiator with the ability to close the deal.
- Ability to price a contract and put up proposals will be an added advantage.
- Bilingual; ability to communicate in English as well as Arabic is a must.
