Requirements:
- Graduate / Post graduate with major in Human Resources
- 3 years experience in the field of Human Resource and exposure to ERP system.The ideal candidate:
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be able to prepare power point presentations and conduct trainings to groups
- Knowledge of ERP system and exposure to payroll process will be an advantage
- Experienced in conducting induction training and new employee orientation
- Prior experience in Performance Management Process
- Should be interactive and capable to coordinate among team mates and inter departments
- Should be confident and acceptance to learn new process
- Adaptability, self learning and desire to grow
- Capable to initiate and ensure tasks are completed on or before time.
