Job Description:
• Daily Invoicing / Credit Note / Debit Note
• Managing office related Sales cash and petty cash fund.
• Credit control – Handling SOA, collection, follow up and Customer account maintenance.
• Supplier account reconciliation, payment and follow up on discrepancies if any.
• Reconciling various GL accounts
• Follow up of fare discrepancy from various partners nd suppliers
• Other general accounting routine jobs.

• The candidate must have a good understanding of accounting basics and principles also should be proficient in preparation of accounts until finalization. Experience in managing accounts receivables, payables and various GL accounts is a must for this position.
• IT Skills especially accounting software and excel spread sheet is essential.
• The candidate should possess Good numerical and analytical skills with clear thinking also should be able to communicate effectively.
• The candidate must have a good understanding of accounting basics and principles also should be proficient in preparation of accounts until finalization. Experience in managing accounts receivables, payables and various GL accounts is a must for this position.
