Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 12- 15 years experience in Fleet Operations and dealing with direct or indirect customers on a day to day basis. The ideal candidate:
- Should be above 35 years of age
- Experienced in transportation industry and knowledge of local market
- Should be able to conduct and direct plans to large groups
- Should possess excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent Data gathering and analytical skills for better route management
- Capability in setting up business and develop policies and procedures
- Ensure report management and timely feedback / analysis for improvement
- Should be able to conduct operational trainings on a regular basis
- Ensure fleet management, employee management and time management for better business and growth.
- Capable to manage grievances and investigate to control on disciplinary issues
