- At least 1-2 years related work and previous management experience with a Express/Courier company. GCC experience is an advantage. • Process and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in solving complex problems and coming up with viable solutions under extreme pressure.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency In MS Office. Good with systems and a fast learner.
Job Description
- Following up Status of shipments Sort out issues found from the Quality department. Coordinate with customers for confirmation of shipment delivery.
- Answer questions about queries from customers
- Take information and other pertinent details such as addresses and phone numbers for the booking
- Assist with placement of orders, returns , or complains. Advise on company information.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
