Requirements:

Minimum 15 years proven relevant operational management experience,familiar with FIDIC and JCT, experience in the GCC preferred.
B.S. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent field from a reputed university with a Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying background.Professionally represent the Business and effectively support company strategic initiatives.
Pre construction, Business Development and Marketing knowledge.
Responsible for ensuring effective, efficient, profitable projects/operations in accordance with financial standards, employee selection, coaching, mentoring, training and performance management.
Age: 40 - 50 Yrs.
