Job Role:
• Provide full data for the sales & operations planning process including actual sales performance vs. forecast, forecast accuracy and deviation analysis by participating in the S&OP activity.
• Assist Business Support Manager thru liaising with principles on sales forecasts, product initiatives, selling requirements & product life cycles
by conducting regular meetings with Regional Sales Managers to deliver realistic forecasts for upcoming periods.
• Developing data, reports & decks for demand review and S&OP meetings, compiling minutes and following up on agreed action teams.
• Champion development & implementation of regional business requirements by analyzing client / situation specific business cases and assist the Business Support Manager and the organizational
leadership in making profitable decisions
• Assist in the prepare company business plant at country and regional level in cooperation with the management team by means of providing thorough business performance & financial analysis consistent
with corporate guidelines and goals
• Evaluate sales activities at country and regional level, investigating & pursuing progress on committed / potential business opportunities in each region consistent with sales commitments.
• Assist in the management, validation and update the sales performance review tools on monthly basis to ensure most recent analysis, graphical interpretations and strategic / tactical counseling
pertaining to key performance indicators like volumes, COGS, Gross Margins, OPEX and Net Income are made available by date / product name / customer name / product tier / customer classification / market
segment.
• Regularly reviewing approaches to ensure process and system improvements are explored effectively.
• Assist the management in all activities necessary to develop requirements for the business that will drive targeted inventory turns and sustain required customer service levels.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or Analytical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Demand planning experience is critical with sales forecasting process development a major benefit.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate decision-making across the Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply and Logistics Organizations.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with willingness and ability to challenge assumptions drive change and improvement.
High Degree of numeracy and analysis.
• Strong communication skill, both oral and written, including effective negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under the pressure with tight deadline and with multi-task environment.
• A service-oriented attitude
