Requirements:

Customer Care Executives, M/F for third party administrator in Insurance Field, Secondary education in any domain is required;
At least 2- 3 years of experience in a customer contact environment is preferred.
Possession of good knowledge of front line sales, claims processes & procedures, customer service principles.
Strong understanding of computer applications
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Fluency in spoken Hindi / Tagalog/ Malayalam.

Job Description

Handle customer queries regarding their policy, claims issues or status of complaints in a courteous manner
Log all complaints received on the Complaints Management System..
Attend to walk in retail customer sales if necessary.
Manage claim notification calls in a consistent and professional manner to desired service quality standard.
Ensure that accurate and complete documentation is received from the customer and follow up if required.
Interact with designated service providers to ensure prompt service are provided where appropriate and in a timely manner.
