Requirements:
- Customer Care Executives, M/F for third party administrator in Insurance Field, Secondary education in any domain is required;
- At least 2- 3 years of experience in a customer contact environment is preferred.
- Possession of good knowledge of front line sales, claims processes & procedures, customer service principles.
- Strong understanding of computer applications
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Fluency in spoken Hindi / Tagalog/ Malayalam.
- Handle customer queries regarding their policy, claims issues or status of complaints in a courteous manner
- Log all complaints received on the Complaints Management System..
- Attend to walk in retail customer sales if necessary.
- Manage claim notification calls in a consistent and professional manner to desired service quality standard.
- Ensure that accurate and complete documentation is received from the customer and follow up if required.
- Interact with designated service providers to ensure prompt service are provided where appropriate and in a timely manner.
