Roles & Job Description
- Inspect the incoming materials to restaurants.
- Inspect the warehouse status
- Check the product return
- Ensure costs are within budgets
- Prepares various reports regarding performance against quality indicator
- Performs quality checks on the different areas of operation, ensures compliance with all Standard
- Operating Procedures. Food Safety Management System, and other guidelines and takes the corrective or preventive actions as the case may be .Keeps management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance checks in the restaurants and actions being taken to improve the situation
- Recommends and implements quality assurance training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers
- Formulates and maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to the Company's policies and goals under supervision of the managers
- Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding food and service quality.
• A bachelor degree In hospitality management
• Minimum 2-3 years related field experience within GCC
•Strong communication and analytical skills
• Kuwait driving license
