Requirements:
  • Good communication skills with min 3 years experience in reputed companies of UAE,.
  • Good knowledge about tourism destination across globe. 
  • Experience in using online systems like GTA, DOTW, TRAVCO etc...
  • Knowledge of Europe packages ,Cruises,UAE tours etc..
Job Description: 
  1. Preparing Inbound and Outbound Tour Packages 
  2. On-line reservation for Hotel bookings through GTA, DOTW, TRAVCO etc 
  3. Preparing itineraries for worldwide destinations and providing competitive quotations and availabilities included air tickets, Accommodation, sightseeing and Transfers. 
  4. Cruise bookings for desired destinations 
  5. Coordinating and negotiating with Local vendors in UAE for best price
  6. Recording & maintaining a database of all the transactions made.Taking feedback from the clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 
  7. Provide training to all the new Team members of all the process related to operation.
  8. Documentation for Visas
