Requirements:
- The food solutions professional will be accountable for the P& L for Food Solutions and ensure that both sales and overheads meet the expectations and objectives of the Company’s growth strategy.
- He will be responsible for working closely with The Head of Sales to ensure that targets are met and to provide direction, mentoring and support.
- The person will have a close working relationship with the Factory Manager to ensure high quality products are manufactured and delivered to the customers in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Part of his responsibility will be to also ensure that the Food Solutions distributors and the key account franchisees are managed efficiently. He will adopt a modern inclusive and engaging leadership style and create a cohesive culture where employees understand the business goals.
- To fulfil such a role, the candidate should be an MBA with at least ten years work experience within the GCC in a leadership role with a Food Solutions background in a reputable organization.
- He should have a demonstrable track record of achievements and a solid network of contacts in the industry.
