Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a FM company with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in a large residential/commercial development
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering with through knowledge of MEP equipments maintenance (PM/CM/RM ) in a FM environment.
- Working knowledge of CAFM/FSI or any equivalent FM software.
- Able to supervise and train a team of technicians and ensure maintenance procedures are followed at all times.
- Knowledge of all relevant HSE regulations and ensure compliance by technical team.
- Good communication and client relationship abilities.
