- Minimum 15 years proven relevant operational management experience.
- B.Sc. degree in Engineering; familiar with FIDIC and JCT; experience in the GCC region preferred.
- Qualification in Construction Management or equivalent field from a reputed university, with a civil engineering / quantity surveying background.
- Professionally represent the business and effectively support company strategic initiatives; pre-construction, business development and marketing knowledge.
- Responsible for ensuring effective, efficient,profitable projects / operation in accordance with financial standards,employee selection, coaching, mentoring, training and performance management.
