Requirements:
- Good relationship with the customer, providing good customer service with respect and dignity, diplomatically.
- Knowledge of the product and the stock within the organization.
- Display the product according to the standard.
- Ensure to show all the products to the customer, to fulfill customer needs.
- To keep in update about the products to the the purchasing department (fast moving and slow moving).
- Product to be kept according to the category wise in the safe, for easy purpose Ensure to keep the register on daily basis (sales and collection).
- Ensure to have an idea about the due collection, and Talks to customers (internal or external), for the payment Positive attitude with the staff and the management Make sure to be kept all the places like safe, tray, counter, etc. clean and standard as you go
- To be aware all the time, while the sales teams are taking off the petty and to observe it to bring back(to be placed in the safe before the safe close)
- Weekly stock taking of pure gold to ensure to be tally and as well monthly product stock Once after the billing invoice (purchase, sales and payments)to be signed by the person and the signature must be taken from the accountant.
- To maintain a proper billing without any overwriting or without changing the categories.
- To prepare and finalize the cash and cheques on the previous day of the submission to the bank.
