Able to analyze the asset life cycle and recommendations for preparation of budgeting and replacement.

- B.E in Mechanical or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning & at least 5 years' experience in maintenance of Commercial AC Systems in Facilities Management.
- Required good knowledge of English (Written a Spoken) and Computer skills.
