- Minimum of 12 years' experience, with emphasis on post-contract experience
- Experience with reputable multi-disciplinary Consultancies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Knowledgeable and familiar with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract
- Conversant with Microsoft Office
- We are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist in Kuwait.
- The successful candidate will be based at the Firm's Offices in Kuwait, will oversee contract administration and support Project Managers/ Resident Engineers in providing contractual advice and assisting in contract activities.
The successful candidate shall be responsible for discharging post-contract administration duties including but not limited to:
- drafting contractual correspondence; providing independent liaison and coordination to ensure compliance with contract conditions and resolution of problems and conflicts;
- analyzing requests for deviations from contract documents and delivery schedules; assessing and evaluating variations;
- offering assistance with contractor claims; and
- reviewing contractor performance against contract requirements. etc.
