Requirements:- Minimum of 3 Years Experience in UAE
- Must have card from Society of Engineers
- Having Driving License is an advantage
- Must know how to manage projects from ground to end (Mainly Villa and up to G+4 buildings)
- Must be familiar with the rules and regulations in Sharjah
- must handle all government related jobs independently
- Must be able to supervise the labours and guide them at the site
- Must follow all the guidance as requested by senior managers (Including purchasing, getting quotation for different items, Typing, or any other tasks)
Working Hours: 06:00am to 12:00am (30 Minutes is breakfast break) & 01:00pm to 05:00pm
- Every week should attend 2 times to Office after 5 O'clock for meeting with senior managers and reporting to them and following their guidance.
- Vehicle (Car) will be provided by Company. (Free Transportation)
- Free Visa will be provided by Company.
- very year will get only 1 month vacation with Salary. (More than 1 month vacation per year is not acceptable) - (and if you work and not get the vacation, you will get 1 month extra salary).
- Every two years will get one round ticket to his country.
- Indian Nationality preferred.
