- She should have knowledge of meeting and greeting to the guests at the time of their arrival.
- Handling the guest complaints and guiding the same to respective departments along with follow-up for the output.
- Follow-up with the concerned departments for arranging required facilities for VIP & VVIP guests and check the apartments before their arrival.
- Personal facilitation during the check-in of VIP and VVIP guests and escort them to their respective apartments.
- Speak with the guests to take their feedback during their stay and send the same to concerned departments to take necessary actions.
- Inform the guests about the facilities available at hotel apartment and should be able to provide information of hotel surroundings.
- Update logbooks on day-to-day basis and inform Front Office Manager about the discrepancies, if any.
- Arabic/Russian/European female candidates with hotel background and knowledge of opera will be given preference first.
