Requirements:
• Male/Female 35 yrs. old and above
• Graduate of Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
• Min. 5 years experience in pre-& post-construction quantity surveying
services.
• Must be able to measure, takeoff and prepare the Bills of Quantities from
the contract drawings and specifications.
• Experienced in the preparation of monthly interim payments, evaluation
of subcontractor's claims and variation orders.
• Proficient in English and computer literate.
• Familiar with FIDIC.
• Driving License is preferred
