- Candidate should be a Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering with 10 – 12 years related experience in Oil & Gas Midstream, Downstream and Retail projects which include Pipelines, Tank farms / Terminalling, Processing Plants etc.;
- Minimum 5 years exp. in Gulf Countries.
- Should have Cost Engineering Certification.
- Must have knowledge in material, construction, man-hour rates in the local and international markets.Computer literacy is a must.
