Job Responsibilities:
• Achieving Sales Targets in his/her shift for assigned product category
• To follow the sales plan and instructions of the Duty Manager
• Help customers to select the product by explaining the products in assigned category
• Assist Duty Manager in maintaining Visual Merchandising standards, inventory management & Customer service
• Proactive in Customer Service and Answering the Questions from Customers and advising them as per their requirements.
• To gain latest Product Knowledge, strictly follow the Compliance related aspects of the Duty Free Operations.

• Preferred to have Knowledge of Retails sales operations processes
• Knowledge of Selling Techniques
• Preferred to possess knowledge of various retail product categories
Behavioural Competency :
• Excellent Communication skills and Etiquette
• Customer Focused, highly service oriented, with a passion for selling.
• Flexible to work in challenging & dynamic work environment.
Experience and Qualification
• Education- Intermediate/Diploma/Graduate in any stream
• Fresher/ Up to 2 years of any of the following- front end sales in retail industry/ hospitality /hotel industries.
• Working Hours- Willingness to work in 24*7 Shift environment
(including Night shifts)
