distribution toys, gifts and accessories to a variety of retail shops as well as supermarket & hypermarkets in Qatar and Bahrain. They hold the
exclusive distribution rights for some of the well-known international brands for Qatar as well as Bahrain and the company has ambitious plans to expand into other GCC countries in future.

Requirements:
- Brand Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international toy brands.
- The job starts with building relationship with our Vendors, attending international trade shows, understanding the brand essence in depth, product selection and preparing annual sales & buying plans.
- This will be followed by a proper execution of the buying plan keeping the inventory levels and cash flow plans under control.
- The Brand Manager will support the Sales & Marketing team with all the materials and ideas required for achieving the sales targets.
- This will involve acquiring all the product features & brand collaterals from the vendors and sharing the information with the Sales & Marketing team effectively.
- The person must be a graduate and preferably a postgraduate in the relevant field such as marketing/ business management. While excellent communication skills in English is mandatory, the person also should have very strong analytical and presentation skills.
- The company has implemented state of the art ERP system; hence experience in working with an ERP system will be an added advantage. 6-8 years of experience in one or more of the relevant fields is necessary out of which 2-3 years should be in a position leading and developing a team of people.
- Compensation package will go with industry standards and will not be a constraint for the right candidates.
