Understanding Client / Candidate requirements.Provide first enquiry resolution to the Client / Candidate so as to reduce repeat enquiries.Clarifying queries by answering all the questions and providing the required information.Achieve individual revenue and maintain quality of customer service provided each day.Full filling requests made, completion of transactions and forwarding requests.Support other departmental functions as required (forwarding requests, emails, CV, etc., to the various departments)Keep equipment operational by following set procedures, report any kind of discrepancies.Maintain data protection and confidentiality for both Client and candidates.
