• CCNA (CISCO certified network associate) certification, age 25-30 yrs, experience in handling servers (Active Directory, Exchange Server, Voice Recording Server), proficient on troubleshooting desktop systems (Win7, WinXP, Vista, Win8, Win10), experience in CISCO phone (CUE, CME, CISCO 7941, 7942, 7911,7962 Phones) & CISCO (Router and Switches). 
• Preferably Sri Lankan nationality,
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology, able to work on call. 
• 3 to 5 years working experience in Sri Lanka or Dubai. 
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (2003, 2007, 2010).
