Requirements:
- B.SC. Accounting - 3 years experience in UAE
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Responsible in handling incoming and outgoingcontacts emails, fax &letters etc...
- Organizing and keeping well-organized files in proper system and ensure confidential information and documents are handled with complete discretion.Classifies, sorts, files and retrieve correspondence, records and other documents as requested.
- Taking dictation in shorthand and drafting, typing letters, internal memos and various correspondences,etc.
- Answers/transfer telephone calls and relay messages to concerned personnel.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
