- Female, Based in UAE, and can join immediately
- At least 1 year UAE based Receptionist/Secretarial/logistic work experience
- At least Bachelor Degree holder Excellent writing & speaking knowledge in English
- Strong knowledge of MS outlook, MS Word & Excel Strong planning and organization skills, strong communication skill
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality, trustworthy and excellent work skills
Role:
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
Arrange conferences, meetings and travel reservations for management
Maintaining calendar of meetings and appointments
Perform all task associated with secretarial affairs
Provide general administrative support
To take care of logistic documentation for import and export of goods
Perform any other duties requested by management
