Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Must have minimum 5 years experience in the same role in the UAE in coordinating all types of NOCs and documentations for construction projects in the UAE with various government departments and also in coordinating with Project Managers.
- Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is preferred.
- Role will be to visit various construction-related government offices (e.g. DEWA, DM, RTA, etc.) for submittal of contract documents, etc. and to obtain clearances and NOCs for the execution of construction projects.
