Requirements:

  • Architectural Degree from a recognized and accredited University.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in Dubai in coordinating approvals at a local architectural consultant.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Should be able to handle submission / approval procedures such as DM, JAFZA, TECOM, DEWA, RTA while Sharjah authorities knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Should have hands on skills in AutoCAD. Knowledge and proficiency of Revit Architecture will be an added advantage.
