We are looking for a competent Executive Secretary to support the Managing Director and to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 Year Experience as Executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Outstanding English communication skills both Verbal and Written (Having Neutral English accent is preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT)
  • Managerial Skill is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Integrity and Willingness to Learn
  • Positive and Can-do Attitude
Responsibilities include:
  1. Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  2. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
  3. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  4. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  5. Help out in HR related works
