- Recruitment/business development:- 2 – 5 years
- Proven successful track record in a Recruitment Consultant role – recruitment agency experience is essential
- Experience in different job boards
- Passionate about achieving success with every vacancy
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Able to manage own workload and prioritize to achieve success
- Currently Located in UAE
- Self-motivated and enjoys SUCCESS
- Must be on husband/ Father sponsorship
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the clients as well as the candidates
- Actively win and close business
- Operate a 360 recruitment business from client development through to placement
- Client management
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle from screening to placement
