Requirements:

Enters the names of all employees in a spreadsheet and records the number of hours each works on a daily basis for labor supply companies.
Tracks labor movements and keeps a constant eye on who is taking extended breaks.
Reports rude/violent behavior of workers with fellow workers to the site engineer.
Ensures that workers are productive as long as they are working on the site by checking their in time, break times, out time.
Makes sure that the workers who are teamed up in different teams complete the task as assigned by the supervisor by keeping an eye on them.
Makes sure that after logging in the workers start their work and not loiter around in the site.
Check on employee absenteeism and repeated offenders and report to the HR and site manager.
Any adhoc assignments given by the site manager.
