Job Description: 

1. Welcome and greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner. 
2. Be aware of in-store promotions and communicate these clearly to any customers in order to maximize sales.
3. Provide an effective customer service.
4. Be aware of competitor activities.
5. Respond to customer needs and inquiries, and resolve complaints. 
6. Communicate effectively with the team. 

Skills:

• Education Requirements: Graduate/HSC
• Experience Requirements, Any sales experience in FMCS/ retail/apparel/electronics 
• Knowledge Requirements: Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems. Should know about all mobile brands.
• Should have good inter/intrapersonal skills 
• Should be A good team player Self-motivated Hardworking
• Focused and enthusiastic

Mandatory Requirements: 

• Well-groomed 
• Good command over English
• Understanding of the lifestyle behavior of the affluent segment customers
