Job Description:
- Make a journey plan to visit all stores under the supervisor's management at least once a week.
- Report any issues at shop floor level regarding and not limited to sales, stock, competitors, etc.
- Gather market intelligence.
- Ensure product and collateral displays according to company guidelines.
- Build relationships with store owners/managers/staff.
- Conduct short in-store trainings to help sales guys upsell products.
- Report any issues at shop floor level.
- Education Requirements: Graduate
- Experience Requirements: Any sales experience in FMCG/retail/ apparel/electronics + team handling in a supervisory role
- Knowledge Requirements: Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems. Should know about all mobile brands
- Should have good inter/intrapersonal skills
- Should be A good team player
- Self-motivated
- Hardworking
- Focused and enthusiastic
- Well-groomed
- Good command over English
- An understanding of the lifestyle behavior of the affluent segment customers
