Requirements:
- Preferred Nationalities – Tunisian/Algerian/Moroccan
- Perform all routine administrative tasks including telephone attendance, correspondence, organizing emails, client and supplier coordination, etc
- Coordinate with the group human resource department for Company HRD requirements
- Handle petty cash and office administrative budget
- Coordination with all departments for smooth flow of work and information
- Assist with accounting activities in conjunction with the accountant as required
- Call prospective clients to provide leads and schedule appointments.
- Create and maintain database for new and existing clients.
- Assist with marketing activities in conjunction with the creative and/or sales department as required.
- Continuous and regular follow up on leads and/or as instructed.
