Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in managing an Admin role
- MS Office Skills
- Multitasking and flexibility to work across various projects
- Eagerness to work in a multicultural/team environment
- Providing pro-active support by ensuring the smooth running of the executive’s office and managing their working environment.
- Preparing confidential correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Circulating documents for approval and signature.
- Maintaining up-to-date filing systems and ensure provision of accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and conference materials, client/executive meetings and team meetings.
