Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Shifts
- Must have Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Must possess professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
Main Duties :
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails in a 24/7 Environment
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into system
- Update existing customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
