- Company Set up in Free zones & Mainland
- Offshore Company & Trust Set up Worldwide
- Liquidation & Closing of Services
- Drafting commercial and civil contracts and all contracts for the establishment of companies, agencies.
- Reviewing of Memorandum of Understandings/Shareholders Agreement/Indemnity Agreements/Settlement deeds/Trust and Participation Agreements
- Dealing with Banks
- Preferably with UAE Drivers Licence
