- Have a background in hospitality, and/or the luxury travel industry, with outstanding customer service experience.
- Have excellent telephone manners, and communication skills in English
- Command outstanding time-management and organisational skills and find it easy to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Take care of incoming customer inquiries via phone calls and our online booking service
- Provide all-round assistance and support to customers before, during, and after bookings
- Maintain existing and develop new relationships with agents and prospective customers
- Handle all transactions related to reservations, vehicle bookings, and rental contracts
- Control clients’ accounts and charges in coordination with the accounting department
- Administer vehicle inventory through internal IT systems
- Update and maintain the company’s CRM system & client database
- In charge of daily office management including filing, stock, and inventory
