Requirements:
- Experience in the same field is preferred.
- Manage travel and stay arrangement for staff.
- Provides Company orientation to all new hires; serves employment contracts, and responds to queries from new employees in relation to employment.
- Responds to queries of employees on HR and administrative issues; escalates sensitive issues to Head Office for proper action.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring HR interventions.
- Implemented Policy, Process & Impose Personnel actions.
- Attendance Management
- Employee File Management
- Training & Development
- Serve as main point of contact between staff members and department heads
- Manage administrative roles, perform assigned duties and prepare correspondence
