Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma level qualification;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience with a minimum of three year’s driving experience with a clean driving record;
- Valid driving license and well versed with UAE road code;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and spoken Arabic is desirable;
- Attentive to detail, time management and analytical;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to be a self-starter and a good team player;
- Fast learner, high level of accuracy with the ability to prioritize tasks, flexible, work under pressure and produce a high standard of outputs within tight deadlines and with minimum supervision; and
- Ability to operate basic office machines
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support - checking and vetting incoming Embassy mail and emails including delivery and collection of mails;
- Assists in the preparation of presentation materials, meeting organization;
- Maintains files (both paper and electronic);
- Provision of reliable and safe driving services to the Embassy;
- Ensure accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs, provision of inputs to preparation of the vehicle maintenance plans and reports;
- Ensure timely minor repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely changes of oil, check of tires, brakes, car washing, etc.
- Photocopying , binding and limited troubleshooting as required; and
- Assist with any other work related duties as assigned by supervisors.
