Company: We're looking for an Administrator to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at InterContinental Hotels Dubai Festival City

Requirements:
  • Good communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated, organized and demonstrate good team work           
  • Fluency in English
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft applications, Opera)
  • Pro-active approach, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Housekeeping 
The key responsibilities are: 
  1. Keeping all departmental records and files updated
  2. Maintaining general filing systems
  3. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly roosters for the department
  4. Processing and follow up on the purchase orders as requested by the team
  5. Following up on colleagues’ queries with other department (HR, Finance, Procurement)
  6. Attending to telephone and email queries in a timely manner
  7. Handling general queries
  8. Arranging appointments and meetings
  9. Assisting the Director of Housekeeping in all the requested administrative tasks
