Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of Call Center or customer service experience
- Languages known: English, Arabic & Other regional languages,
- Typing speed: 30 wpm
- Work days: 6 days a week,
- Work timings: Willing to work in shifts, last shift ends at 12:00 AM (Midnight),
- Salary: 2500 – 3000 AED (All Inclusive),
- Preference: Female, candidates with own sponsorship preferred,
- Tentative joining date: 01st Sep 2017
- Answer calls and respond to emails, Manage and resolve customer complaints, Provide customers with product and service information, Process orders, forms and applications, following up on existing orders & escalating when required.
